You expressly agree that use of the NINE ZERO site and the Hoteluxury website is at your sole risk. All sales made to you by Hoteluxury is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Neither Hoteluxury nor its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, or designees, nor each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content providers, designers, contractors, distributors, merchants, sponsors, licensors, or the like (collectively, "Associates") warrant that use of the Hoteluxury website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Neither Hoteluxury nor its Associates warrant the accuracy, integrity, or completeness of the content provided on the site or the products or services offered for sale on the Hoteluxury website. Further, Hoteluxury makes no representation that content provided on the site is applicable to, or appropriate for use in locations outside of the United States. Hoteluxury and its Associates specifically disclaim all warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. No oral advice or written information given by Hoteluxury or its Associates shall create a warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Under no circumstances shall Hoteluxury or its Associates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from your use of or inability to use the Hoteluxury website, including but not limited to reliance by you on any information obtained from Hoteluxury that results in mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion, or corruption of files, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance. The foregoing Limitation of Liability shall apply in any action, whether in contract, tort or any other claim, even if an authorized representative of Hoteluxury has been advised or should have knowledge of the possibility of such damages. User hereby acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise, and services available through the Hoteluxury website.

Intended for Users Age 18 or Older

The Hoteluxury website is intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older. Hoteluxury´s website is not directed for use by children under the age of 18. Users younger than the age of 18 should get the permission of a parent or guardian to use this site.

Product Display and Colors

The Hoteluxury website always attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends in part upon the rendering of color on your computer monitor. Please feel free to inquire about color swatches as they may be available for certain products.

Accuracy

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Hoteluxury reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors on their website including inaccuracies, or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Hoteluxury will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

Sales Tax Policy

Because Hoteluxury does business throughout the United States and collects and remits sales tax as required by law, the Hoteluxury web site also collects and remits sales tax as appropriate.

Paying for Your Order

Currently, we accept Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express®, as forms of payment for items purchased.

On UPS shipments, credit and debit cards are not charged until we either ship the item(s) to you or confirm product availability (at which time you will be charged only for the goods we have actually shipped along with any appropriate taxesand shipping charges). However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may impact your available credit line. Please contact your credit card issuer for more information.

On “made to order” items, upon order placement we will collect 100% of the value of the item, plus any appropriate state sales tax and shipping fees. This is non-refundable except in the case that the product is no longer available from the manufacturer. Should this be the case, we will notify you of the cancellation and alert you when your credit card has been refunded via the e-mail address you provided at the time of placing the order.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be accepted if Hoteluxury is notified in writing or by email within 24 hours of the original order placement.

Validating Your Order

After you place an order using our Shopping Cart, we will confirm the information you supply by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with the Hoteluxury website and/or to limit quantities on any order, without supplying a reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you via the e-mail address you entered when placing the order.

Your credit or debit card WILL NOT be charged if we reject an order.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Hoteluxury reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Return Policy

ALL sales made through the Hoteluxury website are subject to Hoteluxury´s return policy. Any item that is not a "made-to-order item" that is normally shipped via UPS and returned in new and saleable condition within 7 days of receipt will be fully refunded, less the original shipping charge. All returned items must be in their original purchase condition with the original product packaging, manufacturer`s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories included. All packages, including the original manufacturer`s containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued. PLEASE NOTE: ALL custom made items are not returnable, except in the rare and unexpected occassion that the item has been damaged in transit. Custom made items that are damaged will be replaced or repaired, at our discretion, but no refund will be issued.

Warranty Information

The warranties for each item vary according to the manufacturer of the product. The specifics regarding this information will be included with your item upon delivery, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth by each manufacturer.

Order Limitations

All purchases made through Hoteluxury, Inc. are for personal/residential use only and are not for resale nor for commercial use. We retain the right to refuse any order in which this policy is violated.

We also reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you via the e-mail address you enter when you placed the order.

Order Limitations/Limited Quantities

Hoteluxury may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Hoteluxury also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same account on the Hoteluxury website, the same credit card, or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made.

Shipping

All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to Hoteluxury´s Shipping Policies.

In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 60 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Shipping charges will be calculated in the shopping cart for each item, and will be available to you before any order is placed.

UPS delivery representatives will deliver purchases shipped via UPS. On items shipped via our Deluxe White Glove service, a representative of the delivery company will contact you via telephone to arrange for delivery and set up a time to deliver your order.
