Shipping All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to Hoteluxury`s Shipping Policies. Quoted lead times do not include weekends nor national holidays in the United States. Hoteluxury, Inc. is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather conditions, an act of God, or any other delay not caused by Hoteluxury, Inc. In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 60 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail. Shipping charges for orders shipping to international destinations will be calculated in the shopping cart for each item, and will be visible before your order is placed. Orders shipping to addresses in the United States will follow the schedule in the table below:
White Glove Home Delivery Service
White Glove delivery quotes stated in the shipping table are our estimates based on current freight costs. White glove freight charges will be confirmed once your order is placed. If there are any changes to the current shipping details, we will contact you prior to shipment to reconfirm your order. UPS delivery representatives will deliver purchases shipped via UPS. On items shipped via our Deluxe White Glove service, a representative of the delivery company will contact you via telephone to arrange for delivery and set up of your order.
