To assure that you have a premium online shopping experience, NINE ZERO has formed an exclusive partnership with Hoteluxury. Return Policy All sales made through our e-retail site and the Hoteluxury.com website are subject to Hoteluxury`s return policy. Any item that is not a "made-to-order item" that is shipped via UPS and returned in new and salable condition within 7 days of receipt will be fully refunded, less the original shipping charge. All returned items must be in their original purchase condition with the original product packaging, manufacturer`s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories included. All packages, including the original manufacturer`s containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and we regret that we will not be able to issue a refund to you. Please note: ALL CUSTOM MADE items (also referred to as MADE-TO-ORDER) are not returnable nor are they refundable. In the unlikely event that custom made items are damaged during shipping they will be replaced or repaired, at our discretion and at our cost, but no refund will be issued. Thank you for your understanding. When purchasing a made-to-order item, you will be prompted twice in our shopping cart to put your initials in a box confirming that you understand our policy of not being able to provide refunds on any made-to-order item. Your order will not be processed without your initials in both of these boxes and by initialling these boxes you will be indicating that you are fully aware that the items you are purchasing are made-to-order and are non refundable. |
