Paying for Your Order

NINE ZERO´s exclusive online partner, Hoteluxury currently accepts Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express®, as forms of payment for items purchased through our eretail shopping site.

On UPS shipments, credit and debit cards are not charged until we either ship the item(s) to you or have confirmed product availability (at which time you will be charged only for the goods we have actually shipped along with any appropriate taxes and shipping charges). However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit card at the time you place the order, which may impact your available credit line. Please contact your credit card issuer for more information.

On “made to order” items, upon order placement we will collect 100% of the value of the item, plus any appropriate sales tax (currently only for shipments going to addresses in the state of Massachusetts) and any shipping and handling charges. This amount is non-refundable except in the case that the product is no longer available from the manufacturer. Should this be the case, we will notify you of the cancellation and alert you when your credit card has been refunded via the e-mail address you provided at the time you placed the order. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be accepted if Hoteluxury is notified in writing by email within 24 hours of the original order placement.

Validating Your Order

After you place an order using our Shopping Cart, we will confirm the information you supply by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with Hoteluxury.com, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without supplying a reason. Please note that all sales made through this website or any related website managed by Hoteluxury.com are for personal and residential use only. Any sales made through our site are not for re-sale purposes nor for commercial sales purposes and we reserve the right to cancel or reject any order that we believe is violating this policy. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you via the e-mail address you entered when you placed your order.

Your credit card WILL NOT be charged if we reject an order.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Hoteluxury.com website reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
