Paying for Your Order
Currently, Hoteluxury accepts Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express®, as forms of payment for items purchased.
On UPS shipments, credit and debit cards are not charged until either the item(s) are shipped to you or their availability has been confirmed (at which time you will be charged only for the goods that have actually shipped along with any appropriate taxes and shipping charges). However, your credit card may be pre-authorized for your order amount with your credit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may impact your available credit line. Please contact your credit card issuer for more information.
On “made to order” items, upon order placement, once we have confirmed the shipping timeline with the vendor, we will collect 100% of the value of the item(s) you are ordering plus any sales tax and shipping/handling charges by charging your credit card the full amount. This amount is non-refundable except in the case that the product is no longer available from the manufacturer. Should this be the case, we will notify you of the cancellation and alert you when your credit card has been refunded via the e-mail address you provided at the time of placing the order.
Cancellations
Cancellations on "made-to-order" items will be accepted if Hoteluxury is notified in writing by email within 24 hours of the original order placement.
Sales Tax Policy
Hoteluxury collects and remits sales tax in the state of Masschusetts as required by law.
